Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create an account, place an order, or use a digital subscription supplied through LeupShop.
The service
LeupShop sells access to digital subscription plans and related setup or support. Product pages describe the plan duration, fulfillment method, included access, and any information you must provide. Third-party service features may change independently of LeupShop.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping sign-in methods secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Do not share LeupShop administrator access or attempt to access another customer's order, subscription, or credentials.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the applicable currency, price, conversion information, and payment method before you place an order. An order is not confirmed until payment is received and matched. Bank or payment-provider fees outside LeupShop are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Activation and delivery
Activation time depends on the product and fulfillment method shown at checkout. Automatic delivery may be immediate after confirmation; manual setup can take longer. Keep your service email accurate and monitor the order page for status updates.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact support promptly if delivery fails or the supplied access does not match the order. Refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status, whether digital access has been delivered or used, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through an available method and may take time to settle.
Acceptable use
Do not resell access unless expressly authorized, bypass plan limits, interfere with other users, automate abusive activity, or use a subscription in violation of the relevant third-party provider's rules. LeupShop may suspend access while investigating fraud, abuse, or a security risk.
Third-party services
Digital plans rely on providers such as streaming, productivity, or software platforms. Their own terms and regional restrictions also apply. LeupShop does not control provider outages, product changes, or account actions caused by conduct outside the purchased plan.
Availability and responsibility
LeupShop works to keep the shop and supplied access available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Responsibility is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
LeupShop may update these terms when products, payments, security practices, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears below. Material changes that affect an existing order will be handled fairly and consistently with applicable law.

Use the official support channel shown on the LeupShop home page for delivery problems, refund requests, account questions, or concerns about these terms. Include your order code, but never send your LeupShop password or one-time authentication code.
