What happens after your payment is confirmed.
After your payment is confirmed we send an invitation to your email address. Accept it to activate Duolingo Super.
Complete your order
Pay for the plan you selected and give us the exact email address you want Duolingo Super activated on.
Watch that inbox
We send the invitation to that address once your order is processed. Check the spam and promotions folders too.
Accept the invitation
Open the invitation while you are signed in to the account for that email address. Duolingo Super activates as soon as you accept.

I have not received the invitation email.
Invitations are sent once your order moves into processing, and they sometimes land in spam or promotions. If it is still missing, open your order page and contact support with your order code.
The invitation link does not work.
An invitation link opens only once and expires after a while. Ask us to resend it from your order page instead of forwarding the old email.
I accepted the invitation with the wrong account.
Sign out of the wrong account and reopen the invitation while signed in to the account you gave us. If the invitation was already used, contact support with your order code so we can issue a new one. Never share your LeupShop password or a one-time code with anyone.
